Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom orders and personalizations (including translations) of available listings, just contact me with a conversation! Read below for policies on personalized listings.
Also, for every custom or personalized listing, I always send a draft in conversation before sending the definitive files!
Turnaround times
The turnaround time for every personalized listing is specified as "shipping" time.
Why some listings appear as digitals and others as physicals?
My products are all digital, I do provide high resolution files to be easily printed at home or locally. Some listings appear as physical only for management reasons.
Personalized & Portrait listings Policies - Read before order
This policy is applied to ALL personalized listings (including portraits). Please read before ordering.
- I WON'T refund personalized or custom listings if the customer won't respond for longer then 14 days total to my messages.
These extra policies are applied to all PORTRAIT listings.
- I can fully refund a portrait listing ONLY if the first draft has not been provided yet since the portraits are custom and they take time and work to be done.
- I can refund 50% of the price after the first draft has been provided.
- I WON'T refund portrait listings after the second draft has been provided.

Is it ok to send several individual photos instead of a group photo for a portrait?
Yes, individual photos of each member of the portrait as perfectly fine, you can also mix some individual and group photos.
How close are the portraits to the real people?
The character style is very stylized and minimal, so is not a realistic style, but I always try to do my best to reproduce some characteristics of the every single person to make the portrait unique and resemble the real person. That being said, please allows it to be simple and similar to the listing photos.
